Household updates:

The back window is fixed and we are $345.95 poorer.

The basement is not yet fixed, yet we’ve decided to go with dricore subfloor for the basement (~$500 poorer) and likely legato carpet tile as the finished floor (~$1000 poorer).  If anyone wants to help, floor assemble will likely occur next weekend (July 14th-15th).
