I can't say I'm a fan of reptiles. I never have understood the attractions of having a pet snake or lizard. Although I do like turtles a bit more, they seem to be more active. Once I rode up over a large snaping turtle in a canoe, it was sort of like hitting a large log, and made as much of an impression on the turtle as I would have made on the log.
