Web Design Consultant, 2007-Present
Working closely with each client to design, implement and maintain website. The majority of these sites utilize the Drupal Content Management System.
- Webmaster, Atlantic Offshore Lobstermen’s Association (2009-present). Designed, created, re-designed and now managing the AOLA website and Olfish-AOLA website.
- Webmaster, New England Sector Solutions. (2010-present). Designed, created and now manage the New England Section Solutions website and their sector websites.

Account Administrator & Call Center Supervisor, 2007-Present
University of New Hampshire, Computing and Information Services
Involved in the creation, maintenance and termination of CIS managed computer accounts, and in supervising the CIS Help Desk call center.
- Offering technical support to UNH students, faculty and staff,
- Working with other departments to create new and modify existing business workflows,

Program Manager, Gigabit Ethernet Consortium, 2004-2007

Involved in all aspects of the Gigabit Ethernet Consortium and many aspects of the UNH-IOL operations, including:
- Managing day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, supervising, and finances,
- Working closely with our customers to ensure they receive accurate and timely results,
- Improving our test offerings through active participation and management of several software and hardware automation projects.
Program Manager, DLNA-ICV Test Services, 2005-2006

Involved in the creation and promotion of the DLNA-ICV (Digital Living Network Alliance Independent Certification Vendor) service, including:
- Hiring and training employees,
- Creating and maintaining an organization and fiscal plan,
- Actively participating in Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) committees pertaining to the creation and improvement of the DLNA certification program.

Involved in many aspects of work at the Gigabit Ethernet Consortium including: testing networking equipment, creating technical reports, training undergraduate technicians in testing methodology and procedures, creating and modifying testing equipment and procedures and working with vendors from the networking industry.
