Craziness
So today has been okay so far, though now I get to catch up on some shit that I should have done early but couldn’t because I was catching up on other shit that should have done earlier. I woke up and didn’t have to crawl out of bed. Spent about 2.5 hours at work then went to open skate for an hour (which is free to staff, woot) , which was directly followed by a trip to the B. Once back in the clutches of this foul pit I call work, I told my boss that I cannot accomplish everything that I am tasked to do.
The way I figure it, I would have to work 60+ hours a week to get everything I want to get done in both groups I work in (this does not include any projects and only minimal testing). I refuse to work that much. I wonder what will happen? Everyone here either just bends over and takes it or just doesn’t do the work they say they will. I can’t do the first because I’ll get ulcers, and I can’t do the second because I’ll feel shitty. Currently, I am a beer.

Full of anger with a bit of frothy bitterness on top. All contained in an attractive glass.

I would like to add that I am only really bitter about work. Though, this may fold over into other parts of my life, the other parts of my life are not what makes me bitter. Though if the B’s keep losing it might…

God, that is one hairy ass. I can’t see what women see in us or even non-straight politically uncorrect males.
Don’t you realize they expect you to want to work 60 hour weeks. I don’t mind working like that once and awhile if it leads to something, but most places I’ve worked they come to expect it.
Its a good thing about telling your boss where your at. He probably doesn’t have a clue how your feeling or your stress level. They probably think your doing just fine.

Brutal Bitter is tasty. I wish someone around here would put it back on tap.
Be unto the beer that which is unto thy is.
